Bengaluru: Two young men, who want to reply to the staff of a bar in South Bengaluru after a fight, finally burned adjacent spice shops because they were too drunk to recognize their target.
Police Layout KS on Monday arrested Mounesh Karihole, 27, from Nagarbhavi and Mounesh Sannagoudar, 26, from Yelachenahalli, both from Raichur, for the burning of December 16 at Konanakunte.
Karihole, taxi drivers and Sannagoudar, a construction worker, has damaged the bathroom bar on the night of December 14 in a drunken condition, which leads to clashes between them and the staff.
Revanna Siddappa H, the owner of the Parameshwara seasoning, close to Cubera Bar in Konanakunte filed a complaint against unknown events.
According to him, at 1:30 a.m.
on December 16, two unidentified people poured gasoline at the door of his shop and burned it.
A bar supplier saw the fire and immediately rushed to the place and poured water.
Although there is no large damage to valuables, Siddappa wants to know who has burned.
Police Layout KS swung actions and learn about fighting at the bar.
The duo has broken the toilet sink and pay a fine for it.
Probe reveals that combustion is the result of duo work.
“They wanted to take revenge on the bar staff, so they went to burn the bar after being drunk completely.
Instead of the bar, they misduned the shop located next to it and escaped,” said an officer.
