LONDON: The ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum ordered his ex-wife’s cellphone and his lawyer to be hacked as part of “continuous intimidation and threat campaigns” during the battle of prisoners on their children, the British High Court had ruled.

Those who worked for him were also trying to buy a big house next to the Haya plantation near London, the court intimidation was decided that making his feelings be hunted, unsafe and like him “couldn’t breathe anymore.” The verdict came 19 months after the court concluded that Mohammed had kidnapped his two daughters, persecuting them and holding their will.
“This finding is a misuse of total trust, and indeed significantly abuse of power,” Judge Andrew McFarlane, president of the family division in England and Wales, said on Wednesday.
Sheikh denied allegations of hacking and lawyers believing that other countries in the Middle East could be blamed.
“The Father has no knowledge of such activities,” David Pannick, his lawyer, told the court.
“He hasn’t ratified it or instructed, driven or in any way that suggested everyone else to use NSO or any software in this way.” Mohammed, 72, and Haya, 47, have been involved in a long and bitter and expensive battle of prisoners since he fled to England with two of their children, Jalila, 13, and Zayed, 9.
He said he was afraid of safety amid suspicion That he cheated on one of his British guards.
Among those targeted by hacking was lawyer Haya Fiona Shackleton, a member of the British House of Lords representing Prince Charles in his divorce from Putri Diana.
The activity was revealed in August last year after Shackleton was immediately tipped with Cherie Blair, the wife of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, that he and Haya had been hacked, the court was told.
Blair is also a leading lawyer who works as an external advisor for NSO.
After hacking was found, NSO canceled his contract with the UAE, said Haya lawyer.
The Israeli company said it could not immediately comment on the case of Shackleton and Blair refused to comment.
In his assessment, McFarlane decided that children had to live with their mothers.
