Rajkot: The duo of the sons and men died on their farm in the Jamnagar district on Saturday night.
The police said that Prakash Parmar (30) and his eight-year-old son Niousav was on their farm in Machhu Beraja Lalpur Taluka Village on Saturday.
At night when they prepared to go home, Parmar asked his son to turn off the water pump.
When Nirav touched the pump, he suffered an electric shock and shouted loudly.
Parmar went to save his son, but because he did not take any precautions, he was also electrocuted.
Duo Daddy died immediately.
The police registered an accidental case of death and surrendered their bodies to the family after postmortem on Sunday.
