Rajkot: In the setback to Rajkot Royal Scion Mandja Jadyar, Deputy Rajkot allowed the objection of Ambalika Devi’s brother in an application he had believed to remove his rights from the family’s ancestral property.
The problem before the deputy collector is for Sardhar and Madhapar village in Rajkot.
The land in the Madhapar village survey number is around 23.28 lakh SQ M and Sardhar Village land survey numbers around 4.047 square meters.
The Ambalika Devi’s advocate argued before the Vice collector Charansinh Gohil that this property was ancient property.
His father’s will late Manoharsharsh Jadyja was produced before the deputy collector by his brother, but Ambalika Devi argued that his father did not have legal rights to make the will of the ancestral property.
He also argued that his own father would be doubted because he was very educated and he did not discriminate between a son and a daughter.
He also argues that after the mutation of the entry of inheritance into income records, the process of releasing deeds (to let go of his rights) must begin but in this case the right process is carried out on income records.
Ambalika Devi also challenged his father’s will in civilian suit and prayed to declare the actions of the release he made to sign based on the alleged false information and canceled.
After hearing the arguments of the parties, representatives of collectors in two separate orders from the two fields of land dated August 23 allowed objections from the Ambalika Devi and rejected the application of the elimination of income rights.
The parties can appeal against this order before the collector in 60 days.
