Lucknow: Zonal Lucknow Office of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday attached a mobile asset and did not move to the RS 112.36 Crore Tone owned by Garvit Innovative Promoters Limited (GIPL) and the owner Sanjay Bhati with respect to the Bike Scam Bot.
Sanjay Bhati, through its GIPL company, has delayed 2.6 lakh people more than RS 4,000 Crore under Garb “multi-level marketing scheme” called ‘bike-bot’ – floating in 2017 – who promised to double investment people.
In accordance with ED officials, assets worth Rs 107 Crore – consist of non-moving properties with flats on the Habitat Project Saga Zenith Township Private Limited, university land and Arni University building in Kangra in Himachal Pradesh and under the construction tower in the Amadeus project – confiscated.
Moving assets worth RS 5.35 Crore have also been installed temporarily.
Investigation in Scam Bik-Bot was taken in June 2019 based on various FIR registered at the Dadri Police Station in Gautam Buddha Nagar against the company and the promoter of Sanjay Bhati and others.
