Bhubaneswar: Minister of Education Union Dharmendra Pradhan praised the decision to allocate more than Rs 1 Lakh Crore in the Union budget for the development of this sector.
He said the budget had emphasized the welfare of all parts of society and reflected new Indian aspirations.
Congress MP from Odisha, Saptagiri Ulaka, said the budget was not available to overcome problems such as unemployment, price increases, inflation, pressure of farmers and the middle class.
The Chairman of the Minister of Naveen Patnaik said the reduction of allocations for farmers and the welfare of farmers, higher education, rural development and the development of women and children could inhibit inclusive growth.
He said the reduction of food subsidies would put farmers in serious problems.
