Chennai: After waiting for a long and prolonged legal wrangling, Tamil Nadu will choose representatives of urban local bodies in the middle of a raging Covid-19 wave.
For political parties, 2021 busy years, with the election held at the State Assembly and rural local agencies in nine newly carved districts.
