Rajkot: In a tragic incident, a car that quickly cut two children, killed them in place, and injured a child and a woman in Tana village in Sihor Taluka from the Bhavnagar district on Sunday morning.
According to the police, the deceased was identified as a nine-year-old Bellaya Trupti and his nephew Divyesh Divyesh Relaiya, both residents of Tana Village.
The two children died on the spot after being hit by a speeding car.
What was injured was identified as a 10-year-old ETTA and a 30-year-old Lalita bellaiya.
The two injured was rushed to the Bhavnagar hospital and said in critical conditions.
The incident occurred around 9 in the morning on Sunday when Lalit Relaya, returned with three children after offering prayers at the local eye Shitla Temple on the outskirts of the village.
“The woman and the three children walked on the road when the car hit them from behind.
We have held a car driver,” said an official of the Sihor police station.
The victim’s family was used to get livelihoods by working as farm laborers.
