“The proposal must be submitted to the collector’s office for the state government approval,” he said.
Pardikar said, “The lake is spread at 28.5 hectares.
In the last 50-60 years, 744 housing structures and 13 government buildings built around 16.5 hectares.
Now, the lake has shrunk to 12 hectares.” The corporators said that because of NMC does not do rejuvenation work for the past years even though repeated demands, at least have to regulate the structure.

Assistant NMC Commissioner Milind Meshram said that the HIGH NMC project cell has been looking for ownership of Lendi Lendi land from the government for rejuvenation in 2018.
“The collector’s office has progressed on June 13, 2018, and is limited to divisions or distribution.
For other purposes.
NMC application for regularization Unauthorized structures in 2019 were rejected by the collector’s office, “he said.
NMC proposals that seek funds for Lendi Talao rejuvenation are waiting with the government.
If an invalid structure is quoted, the lake area will reduce most and lead to setbacks for rejuvenation plans.
In the meeting, the Corporator Abha Pande explained serious weakness in the parking policy prepared by Urban Mass Transit Company (UMTC).
“NMC has paid RS66 lakh to UMTC and should give RS16 lakh more.
UMTC should suggest off-street, parking spots on the road, rebuilding intersections etc.
There is no place proposed in the Satranjipura zone which needs it most compared to other regions .
NMC must set aside parking policies and restore charges, “he said.
The mayor said it would not be right at this stage to set aside policies that were important to increase income and provide the right parking facilities.
“Corporators must suggest suitable places for parking outside the road and on the road,” he said and steered the administration to enter them.
Tiwari continued to wait for the NMC administration proposal to seek escalation of RS78.65 Crore in the 24×7 water supply project.
Proposal is waiting since March.
