LONDON: The All-Rounder Sam Curran has been ruled out from the ICC T20 World Cup with a lower back injury, which he thinks during the Indian Premier League match for Chennai Super Kings, said the British & Wales Cricket board said on Tuesday.
He will fly back to England in the next few days and will have further scanning and complete review this week by the ECB medical team.
“Curran complained of back pain after Chennai Super Kings fixture Premier League India on Saturday against Rajasthan Royals.
Scanning results revealed injury,” ECB said.
