Gurugram: Personal air adventure company on Tuesday announced it will launch the Chopper ‘Joyride’ service for a 10-minute city view tour from the city and beautiful Aravali ranges that surround it.
The company, Modair, said it expects to launch services on November 6 from a private helipad in sector 77 near the Manesar Tol Plaza.
The company said it had obtained a mandatory permit from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and had 12 helicopters for the service to begin soon.

Varun Mittal, Modair CEO, said the company coordinated with DGCA and IGI authorities, and there were no necessary permits from the state government.
“Once we start flying, the company will submit an air route plan with the local authority,” he added.
