Jaipur: Former Leader of Mayor and Congress Jyoti Khandelwal on Friday handed over a complaint to the Kotwali Police Station against the Habib Jawed Habib Hairstylist after his video was said to spit on a woman’s hair into a viral on social media.
Khandelwal in his complaint to the police station Sho Kotwali claimed that some women showed their videos from a well-known hairdresser divided on social media where Habib was shown spit on women’s hair.
“The video certainly caused a lot of pain because Habib’s actions had a woman who was not valued,” he said, adding to the complaints that many women after seeing the video personally felt very insulting.
Khandelwal in his complaint to the police had sought actions against the hairdresser under Section 294 (obscene acts and songs) IPC.
The former mayor claims that Habib spits in a place where many women place Sindoor advertisements (Vermilion) because it is a sacred place.
He said that the video was believed to have been shot in Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh and asked the police to register firm in the Habib case.
No pine was registered at the Kotwali police station until late at night.
The police, however, said that Khandelwal had submitted complaints attached to the incident video and requested that the police have to order it (Habib).
