Rajkot: A local court on Friday convicted Sandeep Nathvani (39), a former lecturer of an exclusive school in Rajkot, for murdering his 64-year-old mommy Jayshree in cold blood and sentenced him to life imprisonment.
The accused had thrown his ailing mother in the patio of the home situated on 150-feet Ring Road at 2017.
The authorities detained Nathvani few months later after an anonymous notice that succeeded in his part in the passing.
Assistant people prosecutor, Prashant Patel told TOI,”Further sessions estimate PN Dave believed the FSL record, CCTV footage and announcements of witnesses created by the prosecution and convicted of the accused to get cold blooded murder.
The court sentenced detained Sandeep Nathvani life in prison” Advocate Mahesh Joshi also emerged at the courtroom on behalf of prosecution that created 28 witnesses like physician, neighbors, police, sister and brother-in-law of the accused.
According to the event information, Jayshree died after falling from the patio of a four-storey construction in September 2017 along with prima facie it had been believed an instance of suicide.
But, cops received an anonymous opinion increasing hands towards her son Sandeep.
Cops reopened the case and started investigation where they discovered CCTV footage demonstrating the accused yanking his mommy and detained him.
It had been apparent from CCTV footage which the sufferer was unwell and never in a position to scale the 2.5 feet patio wall himself to leap down.
Jayshree, a retired authorities instructor living in Jamnagar, had suffered a brain haemorrhage that had badly affected her body portion and due to it was virtually unchanged.
She had been worked in a private hospital Rajkot, also has been under therapy when she began living with boy Sandeep within his home at Rajkot.
“The accused dwelt together with his wife and a girl as well as national disputes were a normal occurrence in the Nathvani family involving the mother-in-law along with daughter-in-law.
To eliminate this daily challenge, the accused chose to kill his mom,” Patel added.
