PUDUCHERRY: Former Aiadmk Mla and Advocates K Parasuraman died of a heart stop while overcoming the functionality to facilitate the team of new office carrier from the Puducherry Bar Association on Wednesday.
He is 79 years old.
The police said Parasurnaman fainted while maintaining a newly elected office carrier in the function in the integrated court complex.
He was rushed to the Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and the Postgraduate Institute where doctors assigned that he was taken dead.
The initial question revealed that the former MLA died of a massive heart attack.
A number of leaders, including the Secretary of AIDMK (East) Anbalagan, denied the death of former MLA.
Parasuraman was elected on AIDMK tickets from the Orleanpet Constituency in the city in 1991, assembly of polls and completed their five-year term.
He joined AIDMK when Minister Tamil Nadu Minister Mansandran floated at the party.
He remained loyal to Mgr and Late Minister of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalithaa.
He served in various capacities at the party.
He is the President Mgr State Mgr Mgr, Secretary of Aiadmk Advocates Wings and Together Secretary of the Party.
He is a member of the elder commission, a body to make decisions every time the association bar is dissolved.
He survived his wife, a son and a daughter.
