Mumbai: The court of special trial on Thursday was given a guarantee to Vinay Singh, a co-accused of former Police Chief Mumbai Param Singh, in the alleged case of extortion.
Judge Deepak Bhagwat ordered his release of personal bonds and solvent solutions of Rs 30,000, but allowed cash security depositities in the interim for a month.
Singh, 46, which is included in the business family, must attend the Goregaon police station that has registered Fir last year, every Monday between 10am and 12 noon until Mumbai nodded by the previous court.
