Coimbatore: Mangalam police have ordered the owner and two managers from the spinning factory in Kallapalayam on charges of using Casteist slur against 19-year-old women’s spinning workers in Kallapalayam near Samalapuram based on complaints submitted by a 19-year-old woman.
As the first information report (FIR) registered by Mangalam police, victims, native Cuddalore, moved to Karumathampatti 15 years ago together with his family.
He joined the factory a month ago and lived in a factory quarter.
He has taken Rs 15,000 as a down payment before joining.
On January 27, he was not healthy and did not go to work.
Around 8:30 a.m.
on the day, Thirmurmurthy and the two managers visited the residence and questioned the 19-year-old woman because they would not work.
When he answered that he was not healthy, the trio uses the Casteist hit him.
Managers attacked the woman and kicked it.
The woman contacted her brother Ramanathan who signed a fight with Thirmurmurthy, who took her cellphone and took the key to her motorcycle.
Ramanathan took his sister to his house in Karumathampatti.
On January 28, he suffered stomach pain and was treated at the Tirupur government hospital for further treatment for active investigation.
