Fake Ayurvedic Medicine Unit Damaged, 2 Arrested

Kanpur: The police ruined fake Ayurvedic medicine and Chyawanpash manufacturing unit in Naubasta’s Keshav Nagar, the city area on Wednesday and arrested two women.
The police said that drugs and Chyawanprash were prepared and supplied to claim to increase potential and reduce obesity.
The police have restored false drugs and other things including Chyawanprash and packing from the place.
But one of the gang members managed to escape.
ADCP South Manish Sonkar said that the woman who was arrested had been identified as Sushila Shukla and Preeta Pandey, a resident of Keshav Nagar.
Sushila’s son-in-law Vikas Chaturvedi, resident of Bidhnoo, fled.
“They are all used to making and supplying false Ayurvedic drugs at home.
False drugs and Chyawanprash of 15 brands have recovered from the place.
Information has been given to the district drug department.
The sample has been taken by the department concerned for testing,” ADCP said Furthermore.
Inspector, Naubasta Amit Bhadana said that the defendant was used to mix Churies, sugar and some herbs with the original Chyawanprash.
“Then they are used to package in various brands of cartons and are used to supply boxes of 500 GM for RS 400 boxes, 900 GM for RS 700.
The defendant is also used to make fake Ayurvedic drugs from Churan, and sugar.” The ADCP said that the defendant was used to buy drugs that increased allopathic potential.
“Hundreds of Ayurvedic tablets are prepared by grinding them and mixing them in the prepared pasta.
Women told investigators that their responsibilities were preparing drugs and Chyawanprash.
VIKAS is used to supply drugs at exhibitions and markets by installing tents.
Recently, gangs supply Medicines at the exhibition in Madhya Pradesh.
