Noida: The state government has been looking for the names of Noida authority officials who are responsible for expanding improper assistance to land for the 13-year period that the Comtroller and General Auditor (CAG) are examined in a comprehensive first frontline performance assessment.
Based on the CAG report, which has demonstrated large-scale deviations, collusion to support realtors, and governance failure at all levels, the current role of employees and earlier in the main wing of the Noida Authority is very relevant in this exercise, starting with the enthusiasm of the plot (PAC) alotiation committee.
It is believed that the allotment committee accepts orders and office notifications regularly.
In some file notifications, it is noted that members of the Committee, while holding a responsible position in group housing, financial planning and division, dealing with certain entity files related to various schemes before they come to the committee for deliberation.
CAG reviews the function of the Noida Authority between 2005 and 2018.
It is estimated that losses amounting to RS 52,000 Crore to FCEQUER.
Also every subject of the investigation is the names of officers in the Planning Division responsible for expanding improper benefits to group allottees housing by offering a higher floor area ratio (far) and land coverage without looking for proportional incentives.
An authority of Noida’s authority extensively, the CAG team has been seeking an examination of the role of the land (anomaly related to land acquisition), the Ministry of Finance (to allow contributions to build), the plot rationing committee (under various heads such as housing groups, commercial, institutional and housing ) and the Planning Division (Proposals and Approval of Sports and Arbitrary Allotment for Applicants).
Officials said Noida authorities had continued the names of additional CEOs and CEOs in the 2009-2010 period when most of the group housing plots were given and deviations to share improper profits for builders observed by CAG, during the introduction of the farmhouse scheme.

CEO Noida Ritu Ritu Maheshwari said that the authority looked into the findings of the report.
“We will make a decision about the problem highlighted by the CAG team,” Maheshwari said.

The government’s special investigation team recently investigated the role of officials in clearing the revised development plan of the Twin Tower Supertech in the Emerald Court, which was ordered by the Supreme Court in August when tore the Noida Authority as a “corrupt body”.
Most probes overlap with this period are also under supervision at the CAG audit.
