Family Dupes Coop Bank of 3 Crore

Rajkot: Four people from a family were ordered for allegedly deceiving a cooperative bank by selling some of the plots they terminated to borrow Rs 2.5 Crore for their business which ginnings executed the power of lawyers and had stopped playing installments since September 2020.
Bank manager Bhargav Parekh in a Complaints to the police station Jas and alleged that accused Milan’s vague, her mother Vijaya, Brother Sujit and Father Ramesh, run the ginning factory in partnership.
They have borrowed RS 2.5 Crore in January 2017 by pawning 47 plots measuring 2.28 acres of land owned by Ramesh.
They paid installments until September 2020 and after that they stopped paying.
The bank realizes fraud when initiating the process of auctioning several plots to recover loan money and know that 14 plots are sold.
The number of outstanding banks with interest is Rs 3.51 Crore.
The four have been ordered under the relevant IPC section including criminal cheating and conspiracy.
