Karnal: With Burring stump continuing in Haryana, air quality in several cities and cities of the country has begun to deteriorate.
According to the application of the Central Pollution Control Agency ‘Sameer’, the AQI Levels index of Haryana’s Ballabgarh (309) has reached the ‘very poor’ level.
Meanwhile, air quality 16 cities or cities, including Kurukshetra (286), Charchhi Dadri (285), Sonipat (251), Panipat (244), Yamunanagar (243), Manesar (238), Bhawari (222), Rohtak (222) 217), Kaital (216), Bahadurgarh (215), Gurugram (215), Dharera (209), Karnal (207), Ambala (204), Jind (204), and Faridabad (203), were recorded in the bad category.
AQI is an average of 24 hours which is calculated from 4pm on the 20th to 4pm on October 21.
Aqi between 0-50 is considered ‘good’, 51-100 ‘satisfying’, 101-300 ‘poor’, 301-400 ‘very poor’ and 401-500 ‘severe’.
Aqi above 500 falls in the ‘severe plus’ category.
Meanwhile, Haryana Space Applications Center (Harsac) on Wednesday detected 155 active fire locations (AFL) in the state, pushing the total number to 1,237 from September 15 to October 20.
However, the number of cases of agricultural fires is comparatively lower than the last.
Year leaders in the appropriate period, but the government has failed to complete an outward inspection.
