MySuru: Shivarrishwara Shivayogi Jatra Mahatsav in Suttur Mutt is a low key celebration on Sundays.
Icar JSS Krishi Vigyana Kendra in a relationship with Sundaramma Veerabadrappa Pratistana from Duggahti Village in Yalandur Taluk in Chamarajanagar gave awards to farmers from MySuru and Chamarajanagar regency because they managed to plant good plants and get better results in their land.
KS Mahadeva Prabhu said he could achieve better results because of the support of scientists from JSS KVK.
Valatal Mutt Seer Siddalinga Shivacharya Swami said because the guidance of the JSS KVK scientists, Mutt was able to increase rice yeilds on his 25 pockets of up to 40 bags.Sundaramma Veerabadrappa Pratenta Pratistana said scientists JSS KVK helped farmers increase the results by sharing knowledge about the latest technology, discovery and methods in agriculture.
