Mangaluru: Rajesh Prabhu, owner, Vaishnavi Express Cargo, arrested and produced before the court there on Thursday.
Based on his request to court, he was sent back to the hospital.
On Tuesday, the police took Prabhu, 48, to be interrogated after his son Sudheendra Prabhu, 16, a sustainable head injury in the shooting incident near his cargo office.

Initially, they demanded money from the wife of Rajesh Shantala who was in the cargo office.
He called her husband and his son who was in their closest home.

Rajesh allegedly opened two rounds of fire from the licensed pistol and a bullet accidentally hit his son.
Immediately after the incident, the police took Rajesh Prabhu to be interrogated.
Because he complained of chest pain, he was treated at the same private hospital where his son was treated.
