Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday handed Chargesheet before the special prevention of the money laundering court against the former Bank Promoter Rana Kapoor, his wife Bindu and Industrialist Gautam Thapar in the case of money laundering relating to the purchase of pawpaged properties.

In the same year, the bank approved a loan Rs 400 Crore to Avantha Realty as a lease discount for a period of 10 years.
