Vadodara: The local court has directed firs against famous criminals aslam Bodiyo aka Sheikh for allegedly threatening Judicial employees.
The problem arises during the hearing of Aslam bail applications that are rejected by the court.
Prosecutor Special Public Prosecutor Raghuvir Pandya said, “Aslam has threatened the court officer a few months ago for the issue of hearing date and its application.
The officers have told the court in writing about this.
Aslam has filed a guarantee of five days ago and the trial was therefore scheduled for the day Thursday.
“” I raised the incident about the threat of Aslam to court staff during hearing guarantees and said that if he could use such actions while in prison, then his behavior would not be good if he was given a guarantee.
The court rejected the application of his guarantee and also ordered the FIR to fight Aslam to threaten court staff, “Pandya told Toi.
Aslam has submitted his transfer to another prison a few months ago.
A court staff informed Aslam during the video conference that the application was dismissed and it made him angry.
He then threatened two court staff.
Aslam was arrested by the crime branch in February this year after he and his Bichhu gang members were ordered under the control of Gujarat for terrorism and organized crime laws (GCTOC) in January.
This is the first case of Gujctoc in the city and the crime branch captures almost 26 members of Bicchu Gang in the following months.
The police decided to act decisively against the gang after its members made two robberies in the city earlier this year.
