Gurugram: The police ordered five people on Sundays for allegedly beating the manager of a Maruti Nexa shop at Sushant Lok 1 on December 5 and stole Rs 2 Lakh from him.
The manager, Abhishek, had closed the shop and was on his way home when a group of men stopped him near Tulip Chowk in Fazilpur Village.
They attacked him with a hammer and hit his head until he lost consciousness, according to the police.
The defendant was then allegedly claimed Rs 2 Lakh and the cellphone from Abhishek.
Then, the person passed – saving Abhishek and took him to a civil hospital in sector 10.
They also told the police about this problem.
Abhishek told the Toi on Sunday that he could file a police complaint after a week of attack.
“As soon as I was dismissed (from the hospital), the first thing I did was identify under the falling jurisdiction and then immediately filed a complaint,” he said.
Abhishek, according to the police, received two blunt injuries on his head.
An anxious in this case was registered at the Badshapur police station under Section 148 (riots armed with deadly weapons), 149 (unlawful assemblies), 323 (voluntarily causing injury), 379-B (intention to do theft) IPC.
Two of the five defendants seemed to be known for criminals, police said.
“We examined the nearest CCTV camera to track men.
