Ambala: Five people were killed and nine others were injured in a bus accident in Ambala Haryana district on Monday.
The accident occurred at the National Highway 152.
According to the police, the accident lasted around 3.15 in the morning when a bus to Delhi from Jammu and Kashmir crashed into a Volvo bus parked on the highway.
The police said there was no fog on the road when the accident occurred.
The deceased has been identified as Rahul Kumar (21), a resident of Dhanbad; Pradeep Kumar (22) from Kushinagar Regency Uttar Pradesh; Meena Bai (44) from Chhattisgarh; Rohit (53)), a resident of Sakra Janjgir Champa in Chhattisgarh.
What was injured was – Manoj Kumar and Arvind Patel of Kushinagar, rose; Shankar’s day, his wife Nandini and Princess Sakshi from Thithari Village in Chhattisgarh; Lakshmi Bai and Kavita Sakra Village in Chhattisgarh; Raman Raman Sant Kabir Nagar district, and one more.
After receiving information, the police from the Nagar Baldev Ambala police station reached the place and saved the passengers from the bus.

The case has been registered against unknown below section 279 (rash driving), 337 (causing injured by actions that endanger the personal life and safety of others), 304-A (causing death due to negligence) from Baldev Nagar Police post.
