This center will make a mandatory bending fuel machine for all types of vehicles in six months, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said on Thursday.
This machine can run on more than one fuel.
Speaking on a function in New Delhi, Gadkari said, “given the increase in gasoline and diesel prices, alternative fuels needed.
Ethanol, CNG, BIO-LNG, and Electric are some alternatives available.
Among them, ethanol is the most affordable.
“Gadkari said Vikram Kirloskar from Toyota-Kirloskar Motors had told him that they were ready to launch a flex machine that suits Euro-vi which can run at 100% gasoline or 100% ethanol.
“I have asked MDS TV and the Bajaj group to make two wheels that can walk in ethanol and they are ready with him,” he added.
