Kolkata: around 100m-150m from k k k k k k k kagore street with Rabindra Sarani and Kalakar Street will be closed from the end of this week to facilitate the demolition of the vivekananda street flyover.

“Effectively, Rabindra Sari will be outside the vehicle even though the road itself has not been closed.
This means longer diversion either through the Mullick Street or BK PAL Avenue ODULL,” said a senior traffic officer.
The transfer may be in place for a long time because KMDA was reported to look for six months to complete the work between Ganesh Talkies and Posta.
“The vehicle bound in the East at KKKK Paitore will be transferred to the north either through the ODULL Mullick Street or Strand Road.
The transferred traffic will take Nimtala Ghat Street to take advantage of CR Avenue or JM Avenue.
Nimtala Ghat Traffic which is bound in the East will also be transferred Together with BK Pal Avenue to the north to utilize Rabindra Sarani or JM Avenue.
Buses in Strand Road from Mirbahar Ghat Street will bring MG Road to the east to bring Rabindra Sarani or Cr Avenue.
