Nagpur: Nagpur bench Bombay High Court on Wednesday emphasized the Constitution of Lake Lake Development Committee in all aspects of its importance.
“After our February 25 order, now the time has come for the active consideration of the panel like that.
Therefore, we asked for Senior Chandrashekhar Kaptan’s advisor to help the court by submitting a proposal in this matter,” the division bench consisting of Judge Sunil Shukre and justice Anil kilor.
HC was hearing a request (no 4549/2009) by lawyer Kirti Nipankar along with Govind Khekale and Sudhakar Bugdane from Bulldhana, through Counsel Anand Pachure, claiming that Lonar Lake was condescending and ridiculing.
The Kaptan has submitted such a proposal at the previous hearing, but after that some suggestions received from various stakeholders, which HC said must be considered.
“It is necessary that the new proposal, after all suggestions of stakeholders are considered a consideration, submitted to this court.
We hope the same will be done on or before the next hearing date,” said the bench before delaying this problem until July 28.
In the last trial, the court has observed that the pathetic condition of the lake has emerged primarily due to native indifference, many authorities are responsible for their own ways for conservation and preservation.
