Vadodara: Atal Director of the University of Bihari Vajpayee Institute of International Policy and Study Research (AIPRIS) Shakti Sinha died on Monday after a massive heart attack in New Delhi.
Sinha is a famous civil servant, former Secretary of the final Prime Minister Atal Bihar Vajpayee, former Director of the Nehru Museum and Library, a member of the Indian Foundation Agency and an academic.
“He is a very good human.
He has left a vacuum that is not easy to fill,” said President Director of Aipris Professor Amit Dholakia.
Other MSU officials also lamented the death of famous academics.
