MUMBAI: BJP politician and former minister Sunil Deshmukh, as well as the other former ministry, Sanjay Deshmukh, has been set to unite with the Congress on Saturday at the existence of both AICC secretary in-charge of this country H K Patil and earnings ministry Balasaheb Thorat.Sunil Deshmukh said he’d made a decision to join with the Congress since he felt left in the BJP.
“I had been in the Congress for quite a while.
I then combined the BJP.
I was totally isolated.
I believed that it was high time I come back to my first house,” Deshmukh, a live-in at radiology, stated.
His conclusion is being seen as a significant drawback for the BJP because he had been instrumental in establishing the party business in Vidarbha.
A former president of the Youth Congress state unit, Deshmukh was initially elected to the legislative meeting in 1999, when he conquered BJP minister Jagdish Gupta.
He had been re-elected in 2004 and has been minister of state from the Vilasrao Deshmukh government.
Back in 2009, he dropped to Raosaheb Shekhawat, son of the then President Pratibha Patil.
In that time Deshmukh had contested as an individual.
In 2014he also joined the BJP and conquered Shekhwat.
In 2019 he dropped to Congress nominee Sulabha Khodke.
From the BJP, he had been appointed condition unit vice-president but has been sidelined throughout the tenure of Devendra Fadnavis because he had been regarded as a Nitin Gadkari loyalist.
