Lucknow: Four more cases of dengue fever were recorded in the city on Friday, taking a count from August to 90.
A four-year-old girl from Hardoi was also reported to have died because of dengue fever, but the authorities denied having knowledge about it.
Among new cases, each reported from Alambagh, Aliganj, Telibagh and Indiranagar.
All patients are men and their condition is stable.
They have been prescribed drugs and recover at home.

KP Tripathi, said they monitor the patient’s condition.
The Ministry of Health also found Aedes Aegypti mosquito larvae in 30 places after scanning 1,555 houses in Faizullagej, Balaganj, Rajnikhand.
Larvae found in a broken pot on the roof, desert cooler, abandoned tires, drums and flower pots.
The girl from Hardoi was reported to have died because of bloody fever at Balrampur Hospital.
He was hospitalized in critical condition with low platelet counts on Wednesday.
His father Nafees said he was called Lucknow by a doctor at Hardoi after his condition deteriorated.
However, the medical supervisor of Balkrampur Hospital Dr.
Himanshu Chaturvedi said, “We have not received information about bloody death in the hospital.”
