Gurgaon: The branch of Gurgaon police crime arrested four young men suspected of being involved in at least nine cases of vehicle theft after a short fire exchange near the Nirvana country, a luxurious city in the 50 sector on Wednesday night.
Two pistols and 10 stolen bikes were restored from their ownership, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, the crime branch team followed four men riding two motorbikes without plate numbers when they traveled to Lotus Valley from Nirvana.
When the police finally intercepted the young men and asked them about why they were on the road while late at night, the four trying to speed up.
A police chased followed where one of the young men was riding a pillion shooting at the police team.
The police team immediately told the control room to impose a blockade in the area.

During the interrogation, the defendant told the police that they had formed a recent gang and actively perform vehicle theft.
