Rajkot: After a 20-year-old pregnant woman ended life after harassment undergoing a sex determination test, the police on Monday night arrested her husband and three-in-laws for suicidal reduction in the village of Moti Khavdi in the Jamnagar district.
Kudalba Vala is a four-month pregnant when he hangs himself to death at his residence in the village of Moti Khavdi on July 18, said an official MEGHPAR-PADANANA POLICE.HER FORD, Abahan Jadieja (49), a resident of Kajurada Village in Devbhoomi Dwarka Regency, filed a complaint Against Kajalba’s husband Siddharajsinh Vala, his mother Dhrupadba Vala, Pastor Surubha Vala and Brother Mayurshurh Vala.
Jadeja accused Siddharajsinh and his family members harassed his daughter and conspired suicide.
FIR stated that Kajalba’s husband and in-laws forced him to undergo a sex determination test.
When he refused to undergo a test, he was harassed and tortured by his husband and his in-laws, allegedly Jadyja.
Cannot bear torment, Kajalba took his own life, he claimed further.
The police have arrested all the accused in this case and launched the probe.
