Paris: France on Tuesday urged all its citizens to let Afghanistan immediately remember the increasing risk of security, and managing special weekend evacuation flights.
The French Embassy in Kabul published the message.
It was said that France could no longer ensure a safe evacuation after Saturday government flights to Paris.
