New Delhi: Immediately, senior citizens will be able to visit Ayodhya and pray at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir on pilgrimage funded by the Delhi government.
This was announced by the Chairman of the Minister of Arvind Kejriwal, which offers prayers at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi and Hanuman Garhi in Ayodhya on Tuesday.
The minister’s chairman has called a cabinet meeting on Wednesday where this proposal will be included and required required approval.
The AAM AAM Party has recently experienced its political activities at Uttar Pradesh where the assembly selection tends to be held early next year.
Kejriwal announced that if AAP won the poll, the government would give a pilgrimage to be fully funded to Ayodhya for Delhies.
In mid-2019, the AAP government had launched Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana and a group of 1,000 senior citizens taken on pilgrimage funded by the government to Delhi, Amritsar, the border of Wagah and Anandpur Sahib.
This scheme targets to take senior citizens, as long as they are residents of Delhi, to various pilgrimages of popular pilgrimages in North India.
There are no income criteria attached to it.
This scheme aims to enable 77,000 Delhi residents (1,100 of each 70 assembly constituency) aged over 60 years to make a pilgrimage to one of the five popular routes once a year.
The routes include Delhi-Mathura-Vrindavan-Agra-Fatehpur Sikri, Delhi-Haridwar-Rishikesh-Neelkanth, Delhi-Ajmer-Pushkar, Delhi-Amritsar-Outbreak-Anandpur Sahib and Delhi-Vaishno Devi-Jammu.
Ayodhya will be added to the scheme immediately.
While the scheme is active, due to the imposition of the code behavior code for the selection of 2020 Delhi assembly and then due to a pandemic, no pilgrimage is done.
“I feel blessed that I can visit Sacred Shri Ram Janmbhoomi and pray to Ram Lalla.
I also visited Maa Saryu and Lord Hanuman to look for their blessings.
I prayed to Lord Shri Ram for my country, for health and happiness of people, for us to Free of difficult times Covid-19 has put us through, and for peace, prosperity and progress.
I hope every Indian gets the opportunity to visit and look for thanks to Ram Lalla like I have a privilege today in Ayodhya.
I am an ordinary man But God has showered me with a blessing of his choice.
I want to use the strengths and resources I received to allow people to visit this holy land, “Kejriwal said.
CM added, “The Delhi government makes arrangements for air conditioning trains, air conditioning, and the best facilities for the pilgrimage scheme.
After our government is formed, we will provide the same facilities as the people here.” Kejriwal has announced to provide free pilgrimage for ayodhya in March.
