Maharashtra Skipper on Wednesday left a job that had not finished out for 136 in the pursuit of their high scores against Madhya Pradesh, but this time he paced his beautiful innings towards 143-ball 154 and hunted 277 with three spare.
The 24-year-old player destroys five six and 14 boundaries and total control over the pursuit, making it a strong prospect for a debut call in the Opport Agent series in South Africa.
Gaikwad also got some support from Yash Nahar’s opening partner (52) as the Duo put the foundation with the opening partnership of 120 times before Naushad Shaikh (37) extended the Mid Mid Holder which was crucial.
Gaikwad and Naushad dissected the field easily and never allowed Bowler Chhattisgarh to settle because in a short time they brilliantly accelerate their pursuit.
