Since the end of the hiatus for three weeks in the revised tariff in the last week of September, this is the 18th increase in the price of gasoline and the 21st that the level of diesel rises.
Prices are different from the state to the state depending on local tax events.
The International Benchmark of Brent Crude on Thursday traded above USD 85 per barrel, USD 11 more than last month.

The surge in international oil prices ended the three-week hiatus in the rate revision on September 28 for gasoline and September 24 for Diesel.

Previously, gasoline prices increased by Rs 11.44 per liter between May 4 and May 17.
The diesel level has increased by Rs 9.14 per liter during this period.
