Berlin: Military aircraft will leave Germany for Kabul on Sunday night to evacuate Germany and Afghan support staff after the Taliban guerrillas entered the Afghan capital, said Germany’s Minister of Foreign Affairs.
“Flights will go from Kabul to neighboring countries, for the next transportation to Germany, we will provide a civil aircraft,” Heiko MA said to journalists on Sunday.
“The embassy core team will live in Kabul at the airport to continue the work there and support further evacuation,” he said.
