Ghaziabad to establish a Covid Test Camp near the house of leaflets

Noida / Ghaziaha: The Ghaziabad Administration has decided to establish Covid test camps near international tourist houses after the 8-day quarantine period they have expired.
Administration will not only test those who have returned from abroad but also people who live around it.
Officials said Noida has so far received a list of 1,564 travelers who have returned from abroad in the last 15 days, while Ghaziabad has been submitted more than 1,867 of the passengers.
Of these, Noida and Ghaziabad have tested 68 and 264 travelers, and nothing is considered positive so far.
However, with Delhi reported the first Omicron case, a health official in both districts had issued another warning to the hospital to prepare a bed.
At present, Noida has 30 beds that are ready at the District Hospital and 260 beds at the Noida Covid Hospital for positive tourist testing.
Officials said the district had more than 4,000 beds in 27 government and private hospitals in total and they could be used according to the number of cases.
Ghaziabad, on the other hand, has more than 3,400 beds as a backup.
Of these, 20 beds respectively ready at Santosh Hospital and a joint hospital for Covid patients.
Officials said daily tests have also increased in both districts.
Ghaziabad RK Ghaziabad District Supervision Officer said that if someone was tested positively, a testing camp would be arranged in the area to all stay there.
“Contact search must be carried out strictly so that the spread of infection can be captured.
