Since HC remains in GO 123 in 2017, the state has obtained land for Kaleshwarram and several other projects under the new land acquisition law in 2013.
‘The state expressed injustice for agricultural workers who were then recorded by several beneficial steps for farmers in the law New 2013 was not extended 123.
The state was also ordered in 2017 to submit a counter to several petitions by farmers and farm laborers who challenged the acquisition before staying.
Farmers have collected the country using the coercive method, making it obliged to sell their land under 123, while agricultural workers want a court to direct the country to obtain land under the law of new land acquisition 2013 because it has space for their well-being.
Advocates representing agricultural workers argue that the country, using acquisitions to go 123, has made injustice for both farmers.
The state did not bother submitting its counter to the petition that challenged the acquisition.
