Ponda: With the induction of the former Ponda Mla Ravi Congress rose to their party on Tuesday night, the BJP Madkai Blok Committee had claimed that it was ready to welcome the former Ponda Mla Ravi Congress to rise for the contest from constituencies.
Rising was MLA MGP from Madkai between 1989 and 1994.
He lost to Shripad to take BJP in the 1994 general election , there are no other developments.
He said people wanted to rise in Madkai for the development of the electoral district.
Rising, which has made his debut from MGP as MLA of Madkai in 1989 then turned to the Indian National Congress (INC) in 1991 to become the main minister.
He then joined BJP at the end of 2000 and left the party in 2002 to compete in tickets inc from Ponda.
