CALANGUTE / PANAJI: The security guard of the nightclub in Calangute suffered a sad injury after he was allegedly attacked near Junction Calangute Market by the four “gangsters” on Tuesday night.

According to the Calangute police, the victim, Swapnil Redkar, 30, filed a complaint that the defendant realized he was at the nightclub and after spraying Pepper into his eyes, allegedly attacking him with a sword, helicopter and iron rod on his right leg, because he suffered bleeding wounds.
“Last (Tuesday) night, arrived at the police notice that some criminal elements came to the Calangute club and there were several disorders.

He said a team led by Raposo was sent to the Pernem Police Station, based on the location of the criminals reported.
“On late at night, our staff caught the three criminals involved and wanted in this case, and violations have been registered under the 326 part of the IPC and ARM acting.

On Tuesday, as soon as the police received news about the attack around 8pm, a police vehicle patrol rushed to the place and prevented the situation worse.
In riot, three of the four defendants managed to escape from the place, while police beat one of the attackers, Tarzan Parsekar, who had a number of criminal cases registered at the Anjuna Police Station.
Three defendants escaped was also arrested in the early hours of Pernem when they tried to escape to Maharashtra, police said.
The three have been identified as Imran Bepari, the history of Sheeter from Santa Cruz who came out with a guarantee in another case, Surya Cambli, a resident of Taleiiga, and Suraj Shetye, the residents of Merces, both also have cases that register against them.
Victims, Swapnil Redkar, are residents of Torda, Porvorim.
