Goa: In the first voters who are bound to the house, people with disabilities throw their voting at home

Colva: Voters are bound to homes, weak, old, and physical disabilities, who can never give their previous voices because they cannot get out of the house to visit the polling booth, given the opportunity by the commission to use their franchise of their home comfort.
As many as 600 voters as identified in the constituency of the Benaulim.
The three-day exercise began in February 4.
Previous intimacy was sought by the Booth level officer concerned about this voter section, and data was collected from family members.
On the determined day, officials who are responsible for the elections visit homes and allow voters to vote them with complicated arrangements for secret voting including video making throughout the process.
Sources told TII that in every assembly constituency, as many as 10 teams consisting of two voting officers, a major officer, BLO, local voting agent, and videographers had been formed to extend the facilities from home for the first time.
Each of these teams must cover 20 people every day for three days.
In the constituency of the Benaulim, the villagers were surprised to see vehicles involved by the EC which moved to visit the central armed police homes.
As many as four officials, the Videographer officially accompanied a staff of the armed Indo-Tibet border police officer who fell at the residence with the previous intimacy.
After completing formalities such as signatures and instructions to voters, all family members were made to stand in a distance and the three-sided board opened as a secret ballot booth, where the person must mark the choice of their candidates.
The ballot paper had been folded before, and after throwing a ballot, the voter had to fold it again and handed it to the chairman’s officer, which in turn sealed the envelope.
The whole process was filmed, while security personnel stood the guard.
