PANAJI: Inpatient from Covid-19 people doubled 24 hours with the hospital reported 24 fresh reception on Saturday.
41 others chose to isolate home as 65 new Covid-19 infections detected.
No Covid-19 death reported.
The input rate of South Goa’s weekly case at 1.9% has surpassed South Goa with 1.8%.
5,376 samples were sent for testing.
Eight people were sent home from the hospital and 84 recovered for the last 24 hours with a recovery rate of 97.5%.
Active cases have increased in Vasco, Cansaulim, Margao, Panaji, Candolim and Quepem among other health centers.
Margao has the highest active case in 128 followed by Panaji with 72, Porvorim with 60, Candolim with 50, Siolim with 46, cansaulim with 39, Mapapaa with 34, Canaca, Chinchinim and Ponda with 32 each and Aldona with 30.
