Vadodara: The Government Gujarat has not been able to receive a call to the New Chancellor (VC) of Gujarat Organic Agricultural University (GOAU) – one of the youngest universities in the field of agriculture in the state that still takes the steps of the baby.
After Kenai Dr.
Bharat Shah ended on Saturday, the state government had decided to submit charges against VC from Anand Agricultural University (AAU).
A command issued by agriculture, the Department of Farmers’ welfare and state government cooperation stated that AAU VC would handle the additional costs of Goesau until further orders.
It’s worth mentioning here that Shah is the first VC of the organic farming university but the process of appointing a replacement through the search panel formation which in turn recommends selected candidates for posts has been postponed.
Traditionally, at all universities, the process of forming the search panel began six months before the VC work period ended.
In Goopau’s case, the university currently operating from Gandhinagar with a rare workforce does not have its own campus
