Hyderabad: International air passengers who tried to smuggle foreign gold to Hyderabad were arrested by customs officials at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) on Sunday.
Officials capture male passengers, who hide gold in the luggage check-in and seize 248 grams of gold worth at ₹ 13 lakh.
Passengers accused of arriving from Jeddah.
Registered cases and investigations are being carried out.
After officials suffered suspicion, they looked for their bags and found gold that was not declared.
