Kolkata: sixty strange vintage cars, about 100 years old, put together outside the city hall on Sunday to run the winter to Eco Park, to bid 2021 early farewell.
The event, goodbye 2021, organized by the East Indian Motor Group (EIMG) – Congregation of Vintage Car Fans, led by President Shrivardhan Kanoria, who has struggled to preserve and showcase every vintage car owned by the city.
Among the cars participating on Sundays, there are several with lineages that deserve imitated.
The oldest at the event was the 1913 priest owned by Ananda Chaudhury, who was the great grandfather Ishwar Chandra Chaudhury, a Zamindar from midnapore, went to Germany to order a car made specifically for families.

Special Deluxe Blue Plymouth owned by singer Hemanta Mukherjee stood head-and shoulders on the baby Austins on his wings.
“He sold it to my father and since then, this beauty has become a family eye seed.
During a celebration of a hundred of singers, the state asks us to display the car,” said the owner L Kahiri.
The 1932 Ford V8 red-rimmed at the event was first owned by HC Judge Justice J P Mitter.
This car is now owned by his grandson Rajiv which is recommended for maintenance by Kanoria, who is a friend.
Kanoria 1931 Chevrolet from 1931 was the head of Turner on Sunday.
