Google attracts support for Gmail, YouTube, Google Maps and several other applications of millions of smartphones using the old Android operating system version.
As part of the company’s plan to protect the security of the account, any device with Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread or lower will not be able to enter Google products and services.
Users need to have at least Android 3.0 installed on their smartphone to keep access to this application.
“As part of our sustainable effort to maintain our user security, Google will no longer allow it to be on android devices running Android 2.3.7 or lower starting September 27, 2021.
If you enter your device after September 27, you might get an error Username or password when you try to use Google products and services such as Gmail, YouTube, and maps.

“If your device has the ability to update to a newer Android version (3.0+), we advise you to do it to maintain access to Google Apps and services on the device,” he continued.
Google regularly dropped support for a longer version of the operating system because it continued to release a new one.
The device with the Android OS version is more susceptible to bugs and hackers.
To remember, the company suspends Google pays payment without contact from working on any device running Android 2.3.
Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread was released in September 2011 when the company used to use the dessert name for the main iteration of the operating system.
If you have a device with the Android Gingerbread that you can update, you must enter the system> Advanced> System Update.
Some popular smartphones trapped with Android 2.3 including Samsung Galaxy S2, Sony Xperia Advance, Sony Xperia Go, Lenovo K800, LG Spectrum, HTC Velocity, HTC EVO 4G, Motorola XT532 and Motorola Fire.
