Google introduces a new and integrated look for Gmail on the web.
Announcing changes through blog posts, the company said that a new view will make it easy to move among important applications such as Gmail, Chat and meet in one integrated location.
When activated, the new navigation menu will allow users to easily switch between inboxes, important conversations, and join meetings without having to switch between tabs or open new windows.
It adds a new left side bar with a pill-shaped icon for letters, chat, spaces, and meet.
When working in chat and spaces, users will be able to see a complete list of conversations and spaces in one screen, making it easier to navigate and get involved.
When in the inbox, users will be able to see the complete array of mail options and the label currently available in Gmail.
New design also carries bubble notifications that make it easy to stay on top of what you need your attention immediately.
The integrated ViewNew member also has a timeline from the new integrated display launch.
It is said that starting on February 8, 2022, users will get an opt-in to test new experiences, allowing them to try it and become more familiar with it.
In April 2022, users who have not made it will begin to see new experiences by default.
If they want to go back to Gmail classic, they can do it through settings.
